Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome and assist customers in a warm and courteous manner
  • Handle customer enquiries, requests, and complaints professionally
  • Take orders in person or over the phone and ensure accuracy
  • Coordinate with kitchen and front-of-house teams to meet customer needs
  • Maintain a clean and organised customer service area
  • Ensure high standards of service at all times

Requirements

  • Qualification: OND / NCE / HND / B.Sc
  • Experience:3-5 years
  • Previous customer service or hospitality experience is an advantage
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Friendly, patient, and solution-oriented attitude
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
