Overview

  • We are now recruiting to fill a remote sales representative position who would be responsible for strategically acquisiting companies and businesses to sign on our platform and use the technology to recruit short term staffing needs

Responsibilities
Sales Strategy & Execution:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies aligned with SecureHub Connect goals.
  • Focus on key customer segments such as Hospitality, Industrial & Warehousing, Facilities, Business Support, Event Planning, retail, and government partnerships.
  • Set and monitor sales targets and KPIs,ensuring achievement through proactive pipeline management.

Account Management & Market Engagement:

  • Develop framework to build and maintain strong relationships with key clients in Nigeria.
  • Negotiate and close deals with value based pricing and clear terms.

Collaboration & Cross-Functional Alignment:

  • Provide market feedback to influence product development and go to market strategies.
  • Act as a trusted advisor on competitor activity and regulatory changes.

Reporting & Performance Analysis:

  • Track and report on sales performance, pipeline status, and revenue forecasts.
  • Analyse sales data to identify opportunities for improvement and develop action plans.
  • Collaborate with commercial strategy teams on data-driven campaigns and initiatives.

Development:

  • Share best practices in sales techniques, client engagement, and pipeline management.

Requirements

  • Proven track record as a commercial leader managing diverse teams with tangible achievements in business growth, ideally within the staffing and recruitment industry.
  • Charismatic leader with strong communication skills to foster a cohesive and positive team culture.
