Job Summary

  • We are seeking dynamic and self-motivated Sales Agents based in Lagos to join our frontline growth team.
  • You will be responsible for direct field outreach, customer onboarding, and subscription renewals.
  • The role combines sales strategy, customer relationship management, and hands-on field execution to help grow user base within the region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, qualify, and convert potential leads into active subscribing customers through direct outreach, follow-ups, and relationship building.
  • Maintain and regularly update a sales pipeline detailing all prospects, leads, and conversion stages.
  • Ensure seamless onboarding of new subscribers — including app setup, walkthroughs, and initial support.
  • Maintain relationships with existing customers to ensure renewals and upsells each month.
  • Provide weekly progress reports on new subscriptions, renewal performance, and key challenges.
  • Submit an end-of-month report summarizing targets achieved, sales activities, and conversion metrics.
  • Implement creative sales strategies such as personalized pitches, product demos, and field activations to attract new users.
  • Collect and share customer feedback with the product and marketing teams to inform feature improvements and service enhancements.
  • Collaborate closely with the marketing team on campaigns, promotions, and lead generation activities.
  • Continuously analyze your monthly performance to improve conversion rates, retention, and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of OND/NCE, B.Sc. preferred.
  • 1–2 years of experience in field sales, agent banking, or SaaS product sales preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills: able to connect with small business owners easily.
  • Proactive, target-driven, and comfortable with outdoor/field activities.
  • Proficient with smartphones and digital tools for sales tracking.
  • Excellent organizational and reporting skills.
