Marketing Executive – Church and Community
Location: Hybrid (UK-based, with office attendance by agreement)
Salary: £39,934 per annum
Contract: Full-time, permanent (35 hours per week, flexible working patterns considered)
Overview
Our client, a leading international relief and development organisation, is seeking a Marketing Executive (Church and Community) to join their Fundraising Marketing team.
This role is ideal for an experienced fundraiser and marketer who is passionate about inspiring supporters and engaging church communities to take action on global justice issues. You will be responsible for delivering fundraising resources and engagement campaigns that demonstrate impact, deepen supporter relationships, and encourage greater involvement in the organisation’s mission to end poverty.
Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver multi-channel fundraising and supporter engagement campaigns.
- Produce high-quality direct marketing materials for church and community audiences.
- Manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders, ensuring timely and effective delivery.
- Collaborate with creative agencies and internal teams to produce compelling content.
- Monitor, evaluate, and report on campaign performance with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Influence senior stakeholders and contribute to the wider fundraising strategy.
Requirements
- Experience in planning and delivering multi-channel supporter engagement or fundraising campaigns.
- Strong background in direct marketing (print and digital).
- Proven ability to manage projects with multiple stakeholders.
- Excellent campaign evaluation skills with a test-and-learn approach.
- Ability to influence and work collaboratively with senior stakeholders.
- Flexible, proactive, and able to see projects through from start to finish.
- Strategic thinker with a drive to innovate and improve supporter engagement.
