We’re looking for a Marketing Events Coordinator who brings creativity, precision, and passion to every project. You’ll be responsible for planning and delivering engaging events — from trade shows and product launches to webinars and educational programmes — that showcase our brand and connect with key audiences.

What You’ll Do

  • Plan, coordinate and deliver a wide variety of events, including trade shows, product launches, webinars and training programmes.
  • Act as the main point of contact at events — overseeing setup, delivery, and breakdown.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, sales, and product teams to align event activities with wider business goals.
  • Manage logistics, vendors, and budgets to ensure every event runs seamlessly and within cost targets.
  • Develop event marketing materials and campaigns (digital and print).
  • Track and analyse post-event data to measure success and identify improvements.

What You’ll Bring

  • Degree or equivalent professional experience in Marketing, Events Management, Business, or a related
  • Proven experience in a marketing and/or events environment.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • A creative eye for detail and design.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with CRM or marketing automation tools (e.g. HubSpot, Mailchimp) is a plus.
  • Experience delivering hybrid or virtual events (e.g. Zoom, Teams).
  • Able to travel to different business locations and events, including some domestic travel and occasional international travel involving overnight stays.
