Job Summary

The Marketing Account Officer will be responsible for managing client relationships, supporting project execution, coordinating product activations, and helping to grow revenue from assigned client accounts. The role requires a proactive and confident professional who can work with minimal supervision, deliver excellent service, and support business growth through upselling and cross-selling opportunities.

The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, presentation ability, and experience in brand or client account management.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute projects effectively with minimal supervision
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through excellent service delivery
• Interact regularly with clients and deliver professional presentations
• Drive and execute project objectives for assigned brands
• Review project outcomes and prepare reports on performance and objectives
• Coordinate product activation activities
• Support the Team Lead in growing revenue from assigned client accounts
• Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling services
• Assist in preparing strategic proposals, business pitches, and presentations to win new business
• Carry out other assigned duties as required

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field
• 3 to 5 years of experience in a related role
• Strong client relationship management skills
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Ability to execute projects independently
• Experience in brand activations, account management, or marketing support is an advantage
• Strong reporting, coordination, and business development support skills

Salary

N180,000 – N200,000 per month
