Position: Management Consulting Expert

Type: Hourly Contract

Compensation: $90–$120/hour (based on experience and location)

Location: Remote

Duration: 6–8 weeks (with potential extension)

Commitment: ~30 hours/week

Role Responsibilities (Training support will be provided)

• Collaborate with AI research teams to design realistic business and consulting scenarios.
• Create, review, and refine consulting-style prompts, responses, and work products.
• Provide structured feedback on clarity, logic, and business rigor.
• Work closely with a small team of experts to complete project sprints.
• Help develop frameworks that set high-quality standards for consulting reasoning.
• Ensure outputs meet professional consulting benchmarks and are consistent.

Requirements

• Strong professional experience at McKinsey, Bain, BCG, or a similarly competitive consulting firm.
• Strong problem-solving, business analysis, and written communication skills.
• Proven ability to collaborate in small teams and iterate quickly.
• Access to a desktop or laptop computer (Chromebooks not supported).
