They are currently seeking a Junior Sales Executive to join their team and contribute to their growth and success.

About the Role:

As a Junior Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in supporting the sales team and acquiring new business. You will have the opportunity to build relationships with potential clients, understand their needs, and effectively sell our services. This role requires strategic planning, networking, and exceeding sales targets.

Responsibilities:

• Generate new business opportunities through networking events, trade shows, and direct marketing.
• Develop a deep understanding of clients’ industries, business needs, and company culture to support their growth through our solutions.
• Provide support during the RFP process and assist in the preparation of proposals.
• Maintain productive relationships with strategic accounts.
• Keep accurate records of client information in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with the Marketing team on lead-generation activities.

Requirements:

• Excellent communication skills and a desire to develop skills in high-revenue sales account management.
• Previous experience in a target-driven environment is preferred.
• Highly organised, self-motivated, and able to prioritise tasks effectively.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Exceptional presentation and negotiation skills.
