Position: Corporate Finance Specialist – AI Tutor

Type: Hourly Contract

Compensation: $110–$130/hour (based on experience and location)

Location: Remote

Duration: 6–12 months

Commitment: Ideal ~40 hours/week, minimum ~20 hours/week

Role Responsibilities (Training support will be provided)

• Guide AI research teams to close knowledge gaps in Corporate Finance topics.
• Create and maintain high-quality annotation standards tailored to finance tasks.
• Develop detailed evaluation rubrics/frameworks for assessing financial reasoning.
• Design domain-relevant tasks and write structured solutions to finance problems.
• Evaluate financial tasks and provide clear, constructive feedback.
• Collaborate with other finance SMEs to ensure rigor and consistency.
• Join calibration calls with research teams 2–5x per week.

Requirements

• Master’s or Ph.D. degree in Finance (from a top-tier university).
• Strong professional experience in Corporate Finance at a reputable institution.
• Access to a desktop or laptop computer (Chromebooks not supported).
