Responsibilities

  • Assist in managing company social media accounts across multiple platforms.
  • Support the creation, scheduling, and publishing of posts that align with content strategies.
  • Monitor engagement metrics and provide weekly reporting to senior team members.
  • Respond to comments and messages in a professional manner.
  • Conduct competitor research and identify trends for potential content opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure brand consistency across channels.
  • Assist with developing new ideas to increase online visibility and audience engagement.
  • Maintain organized records of content calendars and campaign progress.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) and 0–2 years of experience.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Familiarity with major social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
  • Basic understanding of analytics tools and social media metrics.
  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a remote work environment.
  • Detail-oriented and eager to learn within a team setting.

Compensation

Annual salary range: $73,000 – $82,000 USD gross per year, plus benefits. Detailed compensation packages will be discussed during the interview process.
