Job Summary

The Brand Manager will be responsible for developing and executing brand strategies that align with the company’s business and commercial goals. The role involves managing integrated marketing campaigns, supporting sales activation initiatives, overseeing content development, and tracking brand performance to improve market impact.

The ideal candidate should have solid experience in brand management, campaign execution, digital marketing, consumer insights, and budget management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement brand strategies in line with business and commercial objectives
  • Plan, execute, and monitor integrated marketing campaigns across BTL, OOH, Trade, and ATL channels
  • Collaborate with sales teams to drive demand generation, dealer and partner activation, and go-to-market initiatives
  • Manage relationships with external agencies and vendors to ensure quality delivery and brand consistency
  • Oversee content development for campaigns, social media, POS materials, and other brand assets
  • Measure and evaluate brand performance using KPIs, market insights, and consumer research
  • Manage marketing budgets effectively and ensure resource allocation delivers measurable ROI
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior to identify growth opportunities

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in brand management or a related role
  • Strong expertise in brand strategy and positioning
  • Experience in integrated marketing and campaign management
  • Good knowledge of digital marketing and social media
  • Strong data analysis, insight generation, and KPI tracking skills
  • Budget management and ROI optimization experience
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
