Position Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated Admissions Coordinator to join our growing team. This role plays a key part in the admissions process, ensuring a seamless experience for prospective students while supporting the Institute’s broader outreach and alumni engagement efforts. You will work closely with our admissions team, communicate with applicants, and manage administrative processes critical to student enrolment.
Key Responsibilities
– Admissions Support
Assist in managing the end-to-end admissions process, from application outreach to enrolment, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.
– Interview Coordination
Schedule and organize admissions interviews, liaising with faculty and admissions officers.
– Alumni & School Relations
Build and maintain strong relationships with past students, schools, and educators to expand the Institute’s network.
– Administrative Support
Prepare meeting materials, including agendas and action items, and assist with general project management tasks.
– Communication & Outreach
Engage with prospective students, parents, teachers, and schools via email, calls, and website chat to answer inquiries, guide applicants, and promote the Institute’s programmes.
– Database & Process Management
Maintain accurate records of applicants, update CRM systems, track admissions status, and identify areas for process improvement.
– Research & Strategy
Conduct market research and provide insights to inform strategic admissions decisions.
Qualifications & Experience
– Experience in university admissions, education, or student services is a plus but not required.
– Familiarity with marketing, admissions, or CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is an advantage.
– Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.

– Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (native or C1+ level).
