Account Manager / Business Development – HR On Wheels

Role Overview

  • Our client is seeking a Business Development / Account Manager to drive revenue growth through new business development while managing and expanding client accounts.
  • The ideal candidate has prior experience in a creative, advertising, digital, or integrated marketing communications agency, with strong client-handling skills, pitch support experience, and the ability to coordinate internal teams in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive new business by identifying, pursuing, and closing opportunities
  • Manage assigned client accounts and serve as the primary contact
  • Build strong client relationships and support upsell/cross-sell opportunities
  • Translate client briefs into clear internal briefs and coordinate delivery
  • Liaise with internal teams to ensure timely, high-quality execution
  • Track account performance, revenue, and maintain accurate documentation

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, or a related field
  • 3–5 years’ experience in account management or business development within an agency environment
  • Proven experience handling clients, proposals, and revenue targets
  • Strong understanding of marketing communications services (digital, branding, social media, media, experiential)
