What every job ad must include:
- Job title (plain, accurate; no keyword stuffing)
- Location (town/city and postcode area if helpful)
- Contract type (perm, temp, fixed‑term, zero‑hours, apprenticeship, internship)
- Hours/shifts (e.g., 37.5h/week, nights 22:00–06:00)
- Pay details (hourly/salary, overtime/commission; state if unpaid/voluntary)
- Key duties & required qualifications/licences (e.g., SIA, DBS, CSCS)
- Application method (direct apply link or email)
- Right‑to‑Work: use one of the standard lines below
- “Right to work in the UK required; sponsorship not available”, or
- “Skilled Worker visa sponsorship available for eligible candidates.”

- Misleading pay claims or omitting material info (e.g., travel time unpaid)
- Pyramid, multi‑level marketing, or business opportunities masquerading as jobs
