Job Summary

• The Marketer will be responsible for driving sales, client acquisition, and revenue growth for Casalavoro’s real estate and hospitality offerings.
• The role requires a results-driven professional with prior banking experience, strong relationship-management skills, and the ability to convert prospects into long-term clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive sales and revenue growth.
• Develop and manage strong relationships with clients, prospects, and strategic partners.
• Market and promote Casalavoro’s services to individual and corporate clients.
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and marketing reports.
• Meet and exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs.
• Leverage banking experience to manage high-value clients and structured deals.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive activity.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and client satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities.

Requirements & Qualifications

• HND / BSc Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 1 – 2 years experience in a bank or financial institution (mandatory).
• Proven sales, marketing, or relationship-management experience.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Target-driven with the ability to work independently.
• Professional appearance and excellent customer-handling skills.
