Job Title: Telesales Executive

Location: Yaba, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

  • Rosabon Financial Services is seeking a driven and results-oriented Telesales Executive to join our Asset Creation team.
  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating revenue by converting prospective leads into sales through outbound and inbound calls, while maintaining accurate records and delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate revenue by converting assigned leads into successful sales
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales targets
  • Conduct professional outbound and inbound sales calls to prospective clients
  • Accurately record all calls and follow up with leads as required
  • Ensure proper documentation and accurate input of call and sales details into company systems
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with clients
  • Handle customer inquiries professionally, including irate and high-profile clients
  • Work closely with internal teams such as Credit Admin, Risk, CRM, and CEM to support sales processes.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  • Achievement of monthly sales targets
  • Accuracy and completeness of call and sales records
  • Quality of customer interactions and follow-ups.

Requirements & Skills

  • Interested candidates should possess an HND qualification with 1 – 4 years experience.
  • Strong verbal communication and active listening skills
  • Ability to clearly understand and follow instructions
  • Proven negotiation and persuasion skills
  • Good customer service skills, including handling difficult customers
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer applications
  • Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
