Customer Support Associate – Pedini Nigeria Limited

Responsibilties

  • Be responsible for the day-to-day management of the Customer Services Department.
  • Analyse and summarize customer issues to prepare appropriate development solutions/clarifications to respond to customers.
  • To ensure the full implementation of the Customer Services strategy across the business.
  • To ensure that the Customer Services function operates effectively and that the functions’ activities are aligned to departmental and Company objectives.
  • To ensure the accurate processing of customer quotations, orders and order confirmations within agreed timescales.
  • To ensure that all customer enquiries, requests, and complaints regarding product information, pricing, orders, delivery, billing and returns are satisfactorily managed, resolved and closed within agreed timescales.
  • To actively promote and manage the process of continuous improvement in Customer Service standards within Call Enquiries and Order Processing.
  • Create and sustain a positive team environment displaying high levels of motivation and excellent team spirit.
  • Participate and contribute to relevant management meetings.
  • Promote effective communication throughout all levels of the Customer Services function.
  • Ensure Customers are provided with detailed information
  • Escalate complex or unresolved issues to appropriate team managers for further investigation and resolution.
  • Keep accurate record/databases of customers
  • Ensure follow up with every client, after every purchase by email and ensure 100% satisfaction rate and customerretention.
  • Manage and lead the call centre team.

Qualifications

  • Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree with 5 – 10 years experience.
