- We are seeking a friendly, professional, and customer focused Customer Service Representative to join our team.

Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist customers in a warm and courteous manner
- Handle customer enquiries, requests, and complaints professionally
- Take orders in person or over the phone and ensure accuracy
- Coordinate with kitchen and front-of-house teams to meet customer needs
- Maintain a clean and organised customer service area
- Ensure high standards of service at all times
Requirements
- Qualification: OND / NCE / HND / B.Sc
- Experience:3-5 years
- Previous customer service or hospitality experience is an advantage
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Friendly, patient, and solution-oriented attitude
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
